Measurement tolerance ±3.8 cm (±1.5 in). Lay a well-fitting shirt of your own flat and compare its measurements with the chart. Width is measured from armpit to armpit, length from the shoulder seam to the hem and sleeve length from the centre back of the neck to the cuff.
Delivery
Once you have placed an order, we check with our own eyes, without artificial intelligence, that the delivery address and other details are correct, and then send your order to the printing house without delay.
Printing takes about 1–2 days, after which the package is sent to the address you gave when ordering. You will receive a tracking code for your order.
T-shirts are printed individually for you after the order is received and delivered from our partner in the EU. Delivery takes about 1.5–3 weeks to Finland and the other Nordic and Baltic countries, and usually about 1–2 weeks to the rest of the EU. We're happy to help by email: tuki@louru.fi
How about when there's a problem?
T-shirts are made to order, so please choose your size using the size chart. You can cancel your order within 14 days, but the customer pays the return shipping. We don't exchange sizes.
If the shirt is clearly faulty, for example the print is of poor quality or damaged, send a photo and a short description to tuki@louru.fi. We'll send you a new shirt free of charge, and you don't need to return the faulty one. Print faults are very rare thanks to our printing partner's strict quality control.
You always get a tracking code for your order. If it doesn't arrive, the shirt is usually still on its way. Just email tuki@louru.fi and we'll be happy to help.

Elä sie houraa T-shirt, white script print
The chest reads Elä Sie Houraa in white script, with a small Louru Vaatteet mark below. The look borrows from fashion house logos, but the message is pure Lapland: elä sie houraa means "don't you talk nonsense". Louru's own designers created the print, and the shirt is sold only in Louru's online store. It makes a fun gift for the friend who never believes half of what they hear, and a stylish everyday tee.
Unisex tee in 100% cotton
The shirt is unisex and made of 100% cotton. It is printed on a Gildan 5000, a medium-weight 180 g/m² (5.3 oz) tee with a smooth surface that keeps the print sharp. It has no side seams to rub under the arms, taped shoulders and a tear-away label. The shirt is Oeko-Tex certified.
Classic fit, sizes S–5XL
The classic, relaxed fit and crew neck suit everyone. Sizes run from S to 5XL in 12 colours, from black and navy to gold and orange. A size L, for example, is about 56 cm (22 in) wide and 76 cm (30 in) long. See the size chart for all measurements.
Delivered straight to you
Your shirt is made to order, so Louru keeps no stock of it. Our partner prints it in the EU in about 1–2 days and ships it straight to you with a tracking code. Delivery to Finland and the other Nordic and Baltic countries takes about 1.5–3 weeks, and to the rest of the EU usually about 1–2 weeks. There are no customs fees within the EU. If your tracking code doesn't arrive, just email tuki@louru.fi and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping to Finland costs €6.90, or €4.90 when you order two or more shirts, and T-shirt orders over €100 ship free. Shipping to other EU countries costs €7.90.
