Loyalty program launched!

We've launched a loyalty program for the first time! You can find it at the bottom of the site in the "Rewards" section. We're testing how the program is received and will adjust it as we go along.

More information in a nutshell:

  • Haven't ordered before? Even if the program suggests "become a member," you can still log in to the store with your email. You don't need a separate ID. You'll receive a code via email to log in to the store. Now you're ready to collect points!
  • Already ordered? Log in to the online store with the email address you used for your previous order.
    A 6-digit login code will be sent to your email. So, you don't need to create separate credentials. Convenient!
    You'll immediately see your available points via the Rewards menu at the bottom.
  • You'll always earn loyalty points for your purchases if you are logged in.
    1 Euro spent = 1 point.
  • Orders already placed count! We manually added loyalty points to the accounts of customers who had already ordered. If you don't see points when logging in with your email address and you've ordered previously, contact tuki@louru.fi and let us know that you want the injustice corrected and points added to your account.
  • With points, you can redeem discount codes for orders as points accumulate in your account. With just 100 points, you get a 5€ discount coupon.
  • You can also earn points by following Louru on Instagram (go through the link in the loyalty section) and browsing Louru's online store once a day!
