A consumer customer has the right to cancel a goods order made from an online store within 14 days of receiving the product without a specific reason. The order can also be canceled before delivery.
The cancellation must be clearly communicated via email to support@louru.fi or through the cancellation function provided on the online store.
The returned product must be sent back no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to the address Valtatie 36, 99100 Kittilä. Return costs are free for Finnish customers, if 14 days have passed since the order. If more than 14 days have passed, Louru has the right to charge the shipping costs incurred from the return. Return fees apply for customers outside Finland.
The product may only be handled as much as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. The customer is responsible for any depreciation in the product's value if it has been used more than this.
We will refund the payment to the original payment method without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the return has been proven to be sent. If a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery was chosen for the order, we will refund the shipping costs up to the price of the cheapest standard delivery.
The right of cancellation can only be restricted on the specific grounds provided by law. Exceptions may include products specifically made for the customer and certain sealed hygiene, audio or video recordings, and software products if the seal has been opened. There is no general exception for used products merely because the product is used.
