Dell Pro 16 Plus 16" Core Ultra 5 235U/16GB/512GB laptop
The Dell Pro 16 Plus is a large, versatile business laptop with a 16-inch display, a numeric keypad and all the usual ports, including Ethernet. It is a good choice when the laptop mostly stays on a desk and you want a big screen without a separate monitor.
What is it good for?
It suits office work, bookkeeping, customer service and remote work. The numeric keypad speeds up entering figures, for example in invoicing and Excel, and the large screen fits two windows side by side. The Intel Core Ultra 5 235U processor and 16 GB of memory run Office apps, the browser and Teams meetings smoothly at the same time. It is not made for heavy video editing or gaming.
Display
The 16-inch Full HD+ display (1920 × 1200) has a 16:10 aspect ratio, so you see more rows of spreadsheets and documents at once. The anti-glare IPS panel shows colours evenly from different viewing angles.
Ports and upgrades
There are two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, an Ethernet port (RJ-45) and a microSD card reader. The memory is replaceable DDR5 and can later be expanded to up to 64 GB. The aluminium body has passed Dell's MIL-STD durability tests.
The charger is not included. The laptop charges with a USB-C charger, for example the Lenovo 68 W USB-C GaN charger or the Dell 130 W USB-C charger. It can also charge from a USB-C monitor such as the Dell Plus S2725DC monitor.
Warranty
The laptop has Dell's 1-year Basic warranty with next-business-day on-site service when needed. Questions? Call +358 40 040 5878 or email tuki@louru.fi.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add memory or a bigger drive?
Yes. The laptop uses replaceable DDR5 memory, up to 64 GB according to Dell. The SSD is a standard M.2 NVMe drive, so it can be swapped for a larger one. Adding memory is worthwhile if you work with heavy spreadsheets or several virtual machines.

You can connect a display to each of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports and the HDMI 2.1 port, so on a desk you can use several external monitors in addition to the built-in screen. The easiest setup is a USB-C or Thunderbolt dock or a USB-C monitor, so display, charging and accessories connect with one cable.

Dell sells this configuration to businesses without a charger, because many already have a USB-C charger, dock or monitor that can charge it. The laptop charges from any sufficiently powerful USB-C PD charger; we recommend at least 65 W.
