The Dell Pro 14 Premium is Dell's lightest and most refined 14-inch business laptop. With its magnesium body it weighs from 1.14 kg and is only about 17 mm thick, so it slips into a backpack or briefcase unnoticed. 32 GB of memory and a Copilot+ PC class AI processor are enough for demanding office work for years.
What is it good for?
It is built for people on the move: sales work, client visits, travel and remote meetings. On a train, for example, you can write a report, join a Teams meeting and keep dozens of browser tabs open without slowdown. 32 GB is more memory than a typical office laptop, so large Excel sheets and many programs at once run smoothly. For gaming or heavy 3D work, choose a laptop with a dedicated graphics card.
AI and security
The Intel Core Ultra 5 238V processor has an AI engine (NPU, 40 TOPS), making this a Copilot+ PC. Windows 11 AI features such as background blur and live captions run on the laptop itself and save battery. You can sign in with your face using the Windows Hello IR camera, and the camera has a physical privacy shutter. Intel vPro makes the laptop easier for company IT to manage.
Display and camera
The 14-inch Full HD+ display (1920 × 1200) has a 16:10 aspect ratio, so you see more of a document than on a traditional widescreen. The anti-glare surface helps in bright light. The 8 MP camera keeps you sharp in video calls.
Ports and charging
There are two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A port and HDMI 2.1. A single USB-C cable gives you a display, network and charging, for example with the Dell Plus S2725DC monitor, which charges the laptop over the same cable. There is no Ethernet port and no card reader.
The charger is not included. The laptop charges with a USB-C charger (27–100 W). Suitable options are the Lenovo 68 W USB-C GaN charger or the more powerful Dell 130 W USB-C charger, which fast-charges the battery to 80% in about an hour.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the battery last and how fast does it charge?
Dell does not publish an hours figure for this model. In tests, similar configurations have lasted about 7–11 hours of normal office use, roughly a full working day without a charger. With a powerful USB-C charger of at least 100 W, the battery charges to 80% in about an hour.

No. The 32 GB of memory is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be replaced or expanded. However, 32 GB is well above what office work usually needs. The SSD (M.2 2230) can be replaced with a larger one.
