You can store up to 5 emergency contacts and one text message. These numbers, whose order you can choose, will be called automatically in an emergency when you press the emergency call button on the back of the phone. 

During an emergency call, a warning sound is emitted so that the recipient knows it is an emergency, and the device sends an emergency text message to all stored numbers. If the first number cannot be reached, the next number is automatically called, and so on. If no emergency numbers are stored or the phone card is empty, or if you are in a foreign network (e.g., if roaming is not activated), you can still call 112 or other emergency numbers using the number keys.

If an SOS call is answered, the phone switches to hands-free mode. 

Note: If the call forwarding function is activated for your SOS contacts, ensure that the call forwarding activation time is at least 20 seconds.

To end or interrupt an emergency call, you must press the SOS button. 

When using a prepaid card: Always ensure that your prepaid card has sufficient balance, as private emergency numbers cannot be called without sufficient balance. However, outside the network operator's home network, it is usually possible to call the international emergency number 112. 

Please note: If you store emergency numbers, such as an alarm service, police, fire brigade, etc., you must arrange this in advance with the respective operator. The manufacturer or reseller assumes no responsibility for costs incurred if you accidentally call such a number.
