The Beafon desk phone (ML10 LTE) combines functionality, safety, and user-friendliness

The Beafon ML10 LTE is a reliable and easy-to-use desk phone, perfect for seniors and anyone who values simple communication.

The large 2.2-inch display and big buttons make operation clear and smooth. 4G LTE network support ensures high-quality sound and connection in modern networks. It also works on 3G and 2G networks, but the best connection is most reliably achieved with 4G.

The phone includes an SOS emergency bracelet, which can send an emergency message or call for help with a single press – a feature that enhances safety, especially for elderly users.

Thanks to three programmable speed dial buttons, which can be assigned symbols or photos, you can reach your loved ones in an instant. Number announcement when you press the buttons ensures you always know who you are calling.

The Beafon ML10 LTE is compatible with hearing aids (the phone has M4/T4 certification), and the Booster function allows sound to be amplified by up to +25 decibels, making it ideal for those with hearing impairments.

An FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and an extremely loud 90 dB ringtone complete the package. The device features a USB-C charging port and an internal 900 mAh battery, but it also works on mains power. Versatile, safe, and easy to use – the Beafon ML10 LTE is an excellent choice for home or office.

The phone can be set to Finnish; instructions from the manufacturer's user manual:

Tarvitseeko Beafon ML10:een lankaliittymän vai SIM-kortin?

Se tarvitsee SIM-kortin: ML10 on pöytäpuhelin, joka käyttää matkapuhelinverkkoa nano-SIM-kortilla, eikä sitä voi käyttää lankaliittymässä. Puhelimessa on luuri ja handsfree-toiminto. SIM-kortti ei sisälly pakkaukseen.

Saako Beafon ML10:n suomenkieliseksi?

Kyllä. Olemme Lourulla tarkistaneet, että puhelimen näytön ja valikot saa suomeksi. Kieli vaihdetaan painamalla kolmen viivan valikkokuvaketta (numero 1:n yläpuolella) ja valitsemalla Asetukset > Puhelimen asetukset > Kieliasetukset.

Toimiiko ML10 sähkökatkon aikana?

Kyllä, puhelimessa on 900 mAh:n litiumioniakku, joka toimii varavirtana, kun puhelin irrotetaan sähköverkosta. Valmistajan mukaan valmiusaika on enintään 100 tuntia ja puheaika 3–4 tuntia. Puhelin voi myös lähettää tekstiviestin haluamaasi numeroon, kun akku alkaa tyhjentyä.

Toimiiko ML10 Suomen 4G-verkoissa ja 4G-puheluilla (VoLTE)?

Kyllä. Puhelin tukee 4G-verkkoa (LTE-taajuudet B1, B2, B3, B7, B8, B20, B28 ja B38) ja VoLTE-puheluja eli puheluja 4G-verkossa, joten se ei ole riippuvainen pelkästä 2G-verkosta. Traficomin mukaan operaattoreiden velvoite ylläpitää 2G-verkkoa päättyy 31.12.2029. VoLTE-puhelut vaativat tuen myös liittymältä, joten kysy asiaa operaattorilta.

Miten ML10:n SOS-ranneke ja hätäpuhelu toimivat?

SOS-ranneke lähettää hälytyksen puhelimelle 433 MHz:n radiotaajuudella. Puhelimeen tallennetaan enintään 5 SOS-numeroa ja yksi hätätekstiviesti, ja puhelin soittaa numerot järjestyksessä, kunnes joku vastaa. Hätäpuhelun voi lopettaa tai perua painamalla SOS-painiketta uudelleen. Jos SOS-numeroille on puhelunsiirto, sen viiveen pitää olla vähintään 20 sekuntia.

Kyllä. Puhelin on kuulolaiteyhteensopiva (HAC, luokat M4 ja T4), ja luurissa on vihreä Booster-painike, joka vahvistaa kuuloääntä puhelun aikana. Jälleenmyyjien ilmoittama soittoäänen voimakkuus on 90 dB ja Booster-vahvistus +25 dB.
