We professionally review all refurbished computers we sell, and they receive a new operating system and any necessary and available updates.
In short, we offer a more affordable and ecological alternative to purchasing a new device.
It is our general practice that we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for the refurbished machines we sell. Our warranty covers defects that occur during normal use of the equipment and any possible hardware defects.
If you experience any problems with your computer during the warranty period, please contact our customer service. Our customer service will guide you through possible troubleshooting, service, or warranty repair.
Posti and Matkahuolto transports the products we sell both from the Kittilä store to the customer and from the central warehouses partners (located in Finland) to the customers. The delivery time within Finland for the order is usually 1 - 3 days, ranging to 2 - 5 days including processing time.
T-shirt products are made to order for customers and delivered to the customer's address from Europe, directly from the printing house.
You will receive tracking numbers for all your orders.
